When God Shows Up!

1 Corinthians 10:11–12Loading... 11 Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come. 12 Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.

The old testament was written for our admonition, our admonishment. We need to take heed lest we fall.

This morning I want to take a look at what happens when God shows up. Today when we come to church: that’s what we look for. In our families as we follow Christ: that is what we look for. In our own personal lives our goal is to meet with God.

What I want to do this morning is look back to the Old Testament and see what we can learn about God interacting with man. The First interaction I want to look at is samuel.
