Clean Feet
CLEAN FEET
I thought about this message and I thought about Veterans Day. Now I was never in the military, but somewhere along my life I can't pinpoint it, I heard that the army has an obsession about foot health.
They are called foot soldiers because the main method of transportation was walking. And throughout years of war, the military has figured out a soldier with bad feet is no soldier at all.
Back in the Civil War they would steal socks and shoes from the dead. In World War I there were over 74,000 cases of trench foot leading to 2,000 deaths.
