When you see Jesus talk in the bible it was translated to english from arameic->greek->english which is what Jesus spoke. In other languages you don't add as much filler text as you do in the english language. A lot has to be understood from the situation and tone.

So no when Jesus said to his mother "woman-what have I to do with thee" and here give me to drink he was using appropriate language for the time. Jesus was not being rude so what was he saying?
