Let Me Tell You About My God.

Revelation 2:4–5

4 Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.

5 Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.

I heard a preacher say recently a lot of churches would be reignited if we remembered our first Love. Our preaching would change if we remembered our first love. Our witnessing would change if we remembered our first love.

I have been saved for 29 years. In September it will be 30. Thats a long time but I should not be treating the things of God like “old hat”. Oh God saved another one. O look God healed somebody else. God convicted me that I need to be excited about the things of God like its the first time.
