I’d like to take this morning to look into some new testament believers and learn from them who we ought to be as Christians. I don’t think the people in the time of Jesus were that different. Yes they dressed differently, yes they had different cultures. But human nature has not changed. We serve a God that never changes. But you would be surprised how throughout history the heart of man has stayed the same.

Growing up how many of us thought we were going to be different we were going to break the mold. Now if you have parents that were anti-god maybe that's a good thing. But as I get older we see more and more of our parents in us.

We as humans if you think about what evolution teaches this idea of “survival of the fittest”. That would mean we should learn ...
