Meekness: Lesson 11

Ourselves, those around us, God, and the peace of knowing Satan cannot conquer us.

Tonight let's look at how we "profit" from meekness. Throughout the Sermon on the Mount we learn how God's people can be blest through right living.

Makarios = supremely blest; by extension, fortunate, well off - happy.

Hence

And we acknowledge this when we hear the phrase, "The Blessed Mary". = Reverence and worship… But if we hear "The blest Mary" we have no problem at all.

So…pressing on…ever so slowly. ☺
