Witnessing is just a beggar who can see telling a blind beggar where he can be healed. We can't look at the lost and judge them harshly; they are blind. The problem is when we see a beggar we want to blame them for their state. And it's not wrong that their choices have led them to their current situation. But their need is the same as ours: they need salvation. They need their eyes opened.
