Titas 2:

Titas was Paul's son in the faith. One of 2. He was a pastor of a church. More than that he was a church organizer. He tells Titus to have sound doctrine.

Doctrine is what we DO and TEACH. Paul is commanding to teach and preach to speak and live sound doctrine. And then he gives the why.

And the why is the listeners. You see the Word of God is not just written to preach and to hear but it’s meant to follow its meant to obey and do.

Isaiah 55:11Loading... 11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: It shall not return unto me void, But it shall accomplish that which I please, And it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

God’s Word is promised to accomplish something. This is the difference between man’s Word and God’s word.
