2 Kings 4:8

8 And it fell on a day, that Elisha passed to Shunem, where was a great woman; and she constrained him to eat bread. And so it was, that as oft as he passed by, he turned in thither to eat bread.

The story of the shunamite woman many people might not know it so ill tell you the story and give it some color in our own life.

Shunem, a small village, and there was a great woman there. Small town. Warren, nothing special. But there are some great women here. Elisha would pass by and she would go out of her way hey Elisha come eat with us. Hey Elisha come rest here stay the night. And Elisha stopped by often. This Shunammite woman she gets the idea and she talks to her husband lets make a guest room for Elisha so that he knows he’s welcome here.
