All we like sheep have gone astray.

Isa 53:4-8

We have followed for over three months the Scarlet Thread up to this point in Isaiah.

One might, at the beginning, wonder if the coats, or Cain and Abel, are truly part of the thread.

But then as we come to Noah, Abraham and Isaac it becomes clearer and clearer. Rahab.

This is a pivotal portion of Scripture. In war time…break a code…have all the answers.

That is why the Jewish people are not to read this portion of Scripture.

We have seen goat offerings, bird offerings, and lamb offerings. Lamb preferred. Goat if lamb not available, bird if you could not afford a lamb/goat. Salvation always available however.

“Buy the truth, and sell it not”
— Proverbs 23:23
