Is There a Reason to Fear God?

Let's talk real quick about this word fear. It has been said that Fear means respect, and that is true, but I do think it is more than that. In my mind there are 2 types of fear: good and bad.

[Person 1] and spider / stink bug = bad fear, terror, unfounded fear, fear of the unknown, fear of the dark. Controls your actions. Paralyzes your brain.

Fear of heights, Fear of Saws, Fear of known dangers, Cautious, Careful, Respect. We should fear God because we know God, it should change our actions. Maybe we should get his opinion? We don't need to fear coming to God. But we do need to fear living a life Avoiding God.
