I Cor 9:24-27

We have looked at two types of Racers so far. The strong racer, both starts and finishes strong.

And the Pessimistic racer who feels no obligation to train or be faithful because bad things happen to everyone anyway.

Today we look at Paul. I want you to see in I Cor 9:1-23 Paul's attitude toward the ministry.

Vs 23 - Getting the Gospel out to the world is the only thing.

He is sacrificial. Not prideful. Does everything for the ministry and nothing for himself.

Try to imagine if you decided this morning to live like Paul. Everything you did was for others.

Quite a lifestyle change isn't it? The first thing you would ask is. "Why would I do that?"
