What Have YOU Mastered?

I Cor 9:24-27

We have a huge sports weekend. U of M, State, Tigers, Lions. Not even counting all the local youth teams. Sports is all about learning the basics and "mastering" them.

Any time a team starts losing, or an individual is in a slump…back to basics. Master THEM.

What do you consider the "basics" of the Christian life? How are you doing with them?

In our text this morning we find four things:

I. Vs24 - To be in the race…we have to be running. # Not a spectator sport. UofM 109,901

We spoke Wednesday night about finishing well. Are you running that you might obtain?

The first challenge this morning is…are you running? The rest means nothing otherwise.
