Acceptable Part III

Looking at Acceptable…the first mention of the concept is found in Gen 4:1-7

You can't go to Amtrak with a ticket from Greyhound…even to the exact same city/terminal

You can't go to United with a ticket from Southwest…same city, same airport.

The person with the wrong ticket is the one that gets angry…

God made it abundantly clear to Cain and Abel that their ticket needed to be a lamb.

Abel wasn't angry…Cain was. Throw a rock in a pack of dogs…you know which one…

Most importantly this morning…have you been accepted of God…through His sacrifice?

Ephesians 1:6b-7 "…He hath made us accepted in the beloved. In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;
