This is the account of the Thief on the Cross only recorded in Luke’s Gospel.
To me it is a perfect picture of the Grace of God.
What is Grace? We have heard it said God’s favor toward the unworthy, God’s Riches at Christ’s Expense, God’s unmerited favor, One-Way Love. God’s gift to man, Paid by Christ.
What we find in the account of the Thief on the cross is the culmination, the pinnacle of the grace of God being poured out or given to man.
