The purpose of God's law is not primarily to save us, but to reveal our true spiritual condition before a holy God. It serves as a divine mirror, showing us the reality of our sinful nature and our inability to meet God's perfect standard. When confronted with God's law, every excuse is silenced, every justification crumbles, and every mouth is stopped before the righteous Judge of all the earth.
