Think of it like a ship pilot. The captain can take the ship across the sea, navigating through deep waters and handling the vessel through the vast expanse of the ocean. But when it comes time to enter the harbor safely, a pilot who knows the local waters intimately brings it in to dock. Similarly, human witnesses can proclaim the gospel and share biblical truth, but only the Holy Spirit can guide that truth into the depths of a person's heart and bring them safely to salvation.
