God As the Son

We are looking at the Trinity so far we have looked at the Father now we want to look at the SON. Most religions believe in God the Father but this is what sets Christians apart is the belief that Jesus is:

1. The Son of God but
2. Also God himself.

How can these two things be true?

This is a paradox - a seemingly absurd or self-contradictory statement or proposition that when investigated or explained may prove to be well founded or true.
